Congratulations to all our members on a great 2008/09
Season. East Coast Championships
was allot of fun.
In order to capitalize on the current membership (which
expires June 30th) I have decided to run one event for the new
season prior to heading out to Nationals.
Next season we will run two events prior to heading out to
Nationals. Entry fees have not
changed ($30 per division) and membership for next season will remain at
$70.00.

May 18th.

The NEW check in policy for the NSSA SE Conference is as
follows.
6 of 9 contests is the minumum qualifying requirement to attend East Coast Championships (regionals) and Nationals for 2009/2010.
In order to be eligible for points for ANY event during the
season - All entries must be received on or before the stated deadline in the
NSSA Mailbox. NO EXCEPTIONS
Heats will be seeded and finalized on the Wednesday before the event. Anyone who does not enter on time can try to late enter on the beach. LATE/Beach entry will be limited to open slots in the heat draw and no-shows. Late fees are $15 per division.
Transfers and Points:
Missing a contest: If
you enter a contest prior to the deadline and you notify me via email prior to
the date of the contest that you will miss the event you may receive points for
that event or you may transfer the fee to the next contest. YOU MUST NOTIFY ME VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO
THE DATE OF THE EVENT. This is on
a case-by-case basis and you must communicate your situation to me via email or
you will not be eligible for transfer or for points. You will lose the entry fee and the points without
notification. NO EXCEPTIONS
If you enter a contest prior to the deadline and the NSSA
postpones or cancels the event you can receive points or you can transfer the
fee to the next event. There are
no refunds.
